How to navigate the Products tab
You can see all the products listed in the products tab under various sub categories. Hover over the products tab and the sub category drop down will appear. Click on the relevant sub category to open it. Under that sub category all products will appear. For a more enlarged view and details of a particular product can be seen by clicking on the hand cursor appearing on the product image, then a new window will open with an enlarged view of the product with product details. Also you can scroll over different views of the product by selecting the images below the enlarged view.Once done to look at another product in enlarged view repeat the process.
How to order our products
You can order products of your choice by completing the contact form in contact tab and clicking send. Please give the title of the product/products in the send your request area of the contact form . Once we receive your mail we will respond to you within a day. You can also call our number appearing at the bottom of this page for product inquiries. If the product you ordered is not in stock we will let you know and it will generally take two weeks to produce.

Payment and Delivery
Delivery is absolutely free of charge. we deliver it right to your doorstep without any additional charges. The price stated in the product page is the final and only price you have to pay. The payment can be made at the point of delivery. Therefore no payments to be done before you get the product to your hand. All payments to be made only in cash
Please note due to constraints we can deliver only within Colombo and greater Colombo areas.

Precautions for safe handling and care :
Since the items are made out of clay,by default they are fragile and susceptible to breaking if dropped on hard surfaces or by rough handling.So take care to keep in a safe place of display.Also avoid contact with sharp objects that could cause scratch marks on the paint surface. It is advisable not to expose to water or strong direct sunlight. The objects are best cleaned with a dry brush or a dry cloth to remove dust or any impurity.

Refund policy
Once the products are sold, can not be refunded due any reason since they are creative works of art.

Other services -Commissions ( custom made products)
Apart from the products displayed in our products page, we do custom made products according to your requests.
For custom made products the following procedure needs to be followed :
* Send your request via e-mail,(using our contact page form) also you can send one or more clear picture/pictures of the item requesting.(If you are sending images use the mail given bottom of this page,since in the contact form you cannot have attachments). Generally there should be only one image per item. Multiple images would increase the cost since the additional work involved.The image can be anything people, places, animals etc.
* once we receive the request we will go through it and will notify you the cost, the time it will take to be done, any modifications needed, and other details as required.
* by Return mail you need to give your approval. We will also need a 25% down payment to commence work.(will let you know the payment method)
* Once completed we will deliver it to your doorstep at which point you can make the balance 75% payment and take delivery of the product.
Other
The products displayed in this site the dimensions are generally (only the clay Art piece without the matting or frame ): portrait 6 x 4 inches Landscape 4.5 x 5.5 inches
The cost of custom made products depends on the complexity and the measurements. Which we will notify to you in advance before you give your approval.
A final condition that you need to agree is that your custom made product can be used by us in our future offerings in the same form or in a modified form if it is a general image.( specific images will not be used such as your own or your family members images).
